These terms govern every Roomflight order. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.

Roomflight produces cinematic video content from still photographs supplied by you. We are not a filming service: no crew attends your property and no new footage is captured. Videos are created by applying camera movement, motion and effects to the images you provide.
A Listing Pack delivers six individual short videos of one property in the format you select. The Social Media Pack add-on delivers both landscape and vertical formats, twelve videos in total for the same property.

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use every photograph you upload, and that you have the right to have derivative video works made from them. You are responsible for any consent required from photographers, owners or occupants.
Output quality depends on input quality. We can only feature rooms and angles that appear in your photos, and low-resolution, heavily filtered, watermarked or out-of-focus source images will be reflected in the finished videos.

The 48-hour delivery window starts when your photos and property details are submitted in full, not when payment is taken. If anything essential is missing we will contact you and the clock pauses until it is supplied.
Finished videos are made available for download from your Roomflight account. We recommend downloading and archiving them promptly; we do not guarantee indefinite hosting.

One revision round is included with every pack. It covers on-screen text changes, swapping which photos are featured, re-crops, and correction of production errors on our side.
It does not cover changing the overall video style, adding rooms or angles that were not photographed, or re-production due to low-quality source photos. Additional rounds beyond the included one may be quoted separately.

On delivery you receive a perpetual, worldwide commercial licence to use your Roomflight videos across listings, portals, websites, social media, paid advertising and your own marketing.
Roomflight retains the right to display delivered work in its own portfolio and marketing. Tell us before production begins if you would prefer we do not, and we will honour that.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Payment is taken in advance through our payment provider; Roomflight does not store your card details.
Prices are per property and cover a single production. Additional properties require additional packs.

Use your included revision round first — it resolves almost every concern. If we have genuinely missed the brief and a revision cannot fix it, we will refund the order.
Change of mind after production has started is not refundable, and we cannot refund outcomes caused by source photos that fall below our stated guidelines.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts property you have no commercial relationship with. We may decline or cancel any order that breaches this, with a refund of any unproduced work.

Roomflight's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or lost listings.
